At Prep Life, we are committed to providing fresh, high-quality meals and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy for the Basic Subscription Package below:

 

 

1. Refund Eligibility:

 

 

  • Quality Issues: If you receive a meal that is damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement meal or a refund for that item.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect meal or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a prompt resolution.

 

 

 

2. Non-Refundable Situations:

 

 

  • Customer Preference: Refunds will not be issued for meals that are not to your personal taste.

  • Improper Storage: Meals that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations for the Basic Subscription must be made 48 hours before your next delivery date. Orders canceled after this period will not be eligible for refunds.

  • You may modify or cancel your Basic Subscription Package through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Changes must be made 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
